Foot & Ankle Anatomy Dissection Course

Anatomy With a Difference | Face-to-Face or Live Stream

This is not a traditional anatomy course.

This is a two-day immersive foot and ankle anatomy dissection course, designed to take anatomy out of textbooks and PowerPoint slides and place it directly into real tissue, real structures, and real clinical context.

Delivered from a purpose-built surgical skills and anatomy laboratory, the course combines fresh frozen cadaver dissection, expert-led teaching, high-definition live streaming, and 6 months’ online access after the course so learning doesn’t stop when the course ends.

You can attend face-to-face or via live stream, with both options giving access to the full online course afterwards.

Frequently Asked Questions

This course is suitable for podiatrists, podiatric surgeons, MSK clinicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals with an interest in detailed foot and ankle anatomy.

No. Dissection is optional. If you prefer to observe, discuss, and learn without actively dissecting, you are very welcome to do so.

We use fresh frozen cadaver specimens, providing excellent anatomical detail and realistic tissue handling.

The dissection is streamed using specialist cameras mounted within the surgical lights. This provides very close-up views, excellent depth perception, and a clear perspective that closely mirrors being at the dissection table.

All specimens have full permission for the facility to take videos and photographs for teaching purposes. However, delegates are not permitted to take their own photos or videos, in accordance with UK Human Tissue Authority regulations.
